100年古民家 淡輪山荘ではシロアリ駆除作業と並行して、大正迎賓館を実現するリノベーション工事に向けて、ちゃくちゃく現地調査が進行しています。
先日来より、建具や左官関係者が入り、現状をさらに具体的に分析、併せて実測も行いました。
また建具関係の工事中の移動についても話し合い、改修工事が目前に迫っていることを実感。目指せ、「200年名家」！
