2025年9月4日、淡輪山荘の屋根裏の南側、梁に大きな虫食いと雨漏りの跡を発見しました。この梁を入れ替えることはもう不可能。損傷部分を削り新しい木材を継いで修復する方法しかありません。さらに南側壁面に雨漏りの跡が。原因調査が必要です。
100年古民家には問題点が次々と表出。が、経験あるスタッフメンバーに支えられ着実に前進していきます。
On September 4, 2025, significant insect damage and water leakage marks were discovered on a beam in the southern part of the attic at Tannowa Sanso.
September 4, 2025: Discovered significant insect damage and water leak marks on the beams in the south side of the attic at Tannowa Sanso. Replacing this beam is no longer possible. The only repair method is to cut away the damaged section and join new timber. Additionally, water leak marks were found on the south wall. An investigation into the cause is necessary.
Problems keep surfacing in this 100-year-old traditional house. However, supported by our experienced staff members, we are steadily moving forward.
