淡輪山荘の西端和室、壁の下塗りも完了し、窓下の腰板も順次嵌められていき、和室の姿ができあがってきました。完成に向けて、工事は着々と進んでいます。
The Japanese-style room at the west endd of Tannowa Sanso has completed its base coat on the walls, and the wainscoting beneath the windows is being installed.
The wainscoting beneath the windows is made with fitting cedar board one by one. The room is taking back the shape of a Japanese-style. Construction is steadily progressing toward completion inch by inch. Oh in our case, Shaku by Shaku, the Japanese unit of length.
