100年古民家の歴史を感じさせる傷んだ屋根瓦を修復に向けてめくる
2025年8月28日、100年古民家の歴史のひとつともいえる屋根瓦。その傷んだ部分の修復に向け、めくり積み上げていきます。特に、屋根の取り合い部分は、落ち葉がたまっていたため損傷がひどい。
かつて全盛を誇った岬町の谷川瓦は今はもう無い。今後、修復には淡路瓦でしょうか。はたまた令和の時代にふさわしい全く新しいタイプの瓦なのか。
Peeling off damaged roof tiles to restore the century-old house
It was August 28, 2025. We carefully lift and stack the tiles separating usable ones and damated ones. The roof junctions, especially, were severely damaged due to accumulated fallen leaves.
For the restoration, will we use Awaji tiles since the once-proud Tanigawa tiles of Misaki Town now extinct.
