2025年9月13日、100年古民家 淡輪山荘の正面の野地板と垂木も改修が進んでいます。先に大幅にリノベーションされた海側部分に引き続き、淡輪山荘の顔となる玄関も野地板と垂木の損傷部分を美しく修復していきます。
