11 members get together to check the termites extermination how it’s progressing
淡輪山荘のシロアリ退治も終局間近。毒エサ（ベイト剤）への食いつきもよく、そろそろ巣ごと根絶かという今日。100年古民家で関係者 11名が顔をそろえて、駆除業者の説明を聞きました。実際にエサに巣食う現物も見せてもらいながら。そのシロアリのうごめく様は相当気持ち悪い。（最下段の写真、中央と右側の白いメダカみたいな形状の2つの物体がシロアリです）
ここまで兵隊アリが地表に出てきたということは、女王アリの死滅も近いということ。
これで来月からは、本格的に「100年古民家 リノベーション」にかかれるか？
７月の状況報告が待ち遠しい。
Termite extermination at Tannowa Sanso is nearly completing. The termites are biting the poisonous bait well, and it seems the entire nest will soon be eradicated. All involved parties including ,termite specialists, technicians, archtects and carpenters, all gathered to listen carefully to the extermination company's explanation ti what extent the termaites are now wiped outby showing the real termites eatiing on the bait in the box. They wriggle pretty gross.(The white killifish-like objects in the center and on the right in the bottom photo are termites.) The specialists suggested to wait another month aiming complete extermination rather than leaving the remaining survivers.
Will be all get ready with starting the works next month. We can't wait the coming report in July.
